The rooms needed better cleaning and updates, had a weird smell, and showed signs of wear and tear. The service was overall helpful and friendly but lacked clarity on giving directions. The location was great for easy access to nearby facilities and activities. The dining experience required room changes and offered Korean food options.

Arriving at the hotel, I was thrilled to find a room stocked with coffee and equipped with a convenient coin laundry and vending machines. Unfortunately, the lack of heating on cold days left my daughter with freezing feet, making our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the graffiti spray-painted on the walls was quite off-putting, making the overall room experience mixed.
